When you contact or hire us, we may collect your name, email address, project description, proposed budget, messages, files you submit, quotation decisions, invoices, and payment references. Payment card information is processed by the authorized payment provider, not stored in our project database.
We use it to respond to requests, create quotations, provide design and travel-document assistance, communicate about work, issue invoices, and protect customer accounts. Uploaded project files are stored privately and made accessible only to authorized project participants and studio administrators.
Essential login cookies keep you signed in. We apply access controls and security safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload unneeded passport information or other sensitive documents through an ordinary project brief.
When configured, Paystack may process approved payments and provide transaction-verification data to our servers. Cloudflare provides website hosting and data/file storage. Additional providers for email delivery may be enabled after setup.
You may request access to or correction or deletion of your information where applicable, subject to contractual and legal recordkeeping obligations. Send requests to ceo.oppong@gmail.com.
